Calming down and making yourself feel better is an excellent way to take your mind off things. This doesn’t always mean meditating or taking slow breaths, ypu can be doing anything you enjoy doing in order to distract yourself.   • Have a bath/ shower
  • Cuddle with animals (They;re always comforting!)
  • Play board games or card games
  • Play video games either on your own or with friends online
  • Listen to music
  • Try to lean a new instrument
  • Watch animals at Edinburgh Zoo (search on Google)
  • Catch up with people on social media. You tube is great for videos
  • Get colouring in or messing around with Art!
