Understand Other People’s Feelings
It can sometimes be difficult to understand what they are feeling or why they behave a certain way. We live in a society where we don’t really talk about our feelings, which can make it harder. Reality is, we all feel things everyday that we may struggle with e.g. anger, happiness, guilt, pride etc.
To be kind and considerate of other people’s feelings is a great step to building healthy relationships. A good trick to do this is to imagine what it is like to be that person, putting yourself in their shoes and think about how you might feel. The posh word for this is “empathy”.
