Enough sleep
Getting a good night sleep. Sounds easy right? But we know it’s not like that in real life. A full night’s sleep (ideally 8 hours) improves your mood, helps you cope with stuff and helps you to stay positive in life. It also helps you to concentrate at school, college or work and helps you deal with difficult situations.
