Co- leader of the Resilience Revolution Chloe tells us about the #resilientmoves she has been making lately.
“During these confusing times, I have been using my resilient moves to help me through. I started knitting nearly three years ago when I struggled with bereavements and my final year at university. Since then it has always been my go to to help me calm down and make myself feel better. I have to concentrate on what I’m doing so I don’t make a mistake, this means worries about the outside world melt away whilst I’m focussed on what is in front of me. I have also been using my current project to instil a sense of hope. I’m making a summer vest and I hope once it is finished I will be able to show it off for plenty of good times with friends and family. The most important move I am using at the moment though, is leaning on others when necessary. I will admit I have struggled getting used to our current situation but talking to friends and family had made me feel a lot better and made me realise I’m not alone.”
Some great Resilient Moves there from Chloe. Have you planned any Resilient Moves? ☀️🌈☀️
