Seeing the funny side of life and having a sense of humour makes life easier. Try not to take yourself too seriously and make time for having a laugh. Laughing makes you happier, it’s a fact – it triggers the release of endorphins which are the bodies happy chemicals, so even watching a funny film can help boost your mood.
