Exercise and fresh air
Getting out in the fresh air and doing some exercise works wonders for your physical and mental health; it can even help with getting a good night’s sleep. Heard this before? Maybe you’re even a bit bored of the health police telling you what to do all the time? But what if a 15 minute walk around the park or walk along the beach is the thing that makes you start to feel better? Or if you’re not that mobile, getting your heart rate up by dancing in your chair! Just give it a go and see what happens.
