Be Brave
Being brave is something we can become better at over time. When we’re scared about something, it’s normal to want to run away from the problem, but by pushing through the fear we build up courage.
This doesn’t mean you have to jump out of a plane or swim with sharks, you show bravery every time you overcome your fears, this could be trying something new even though your scared, doing the right thing in a difficult situation or admitting when you’ve done something wrong.
